Live cooking stations, spectacular prizes, a mini market and traditional music are some of the delights in store for guests at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel in Dubai this Ramadan.

The hotel's newly renovated Al Zaeem Tent will open its doors on the first day of Ramadan and promises guests "a most wonderful Oriental" atmosphere.

Traditional specialties and juices including the different live cooking stations offering shawarma, falafel, Lebanese sausages, saj, fateer, and the all famous Al Zaeem markouk, will be available in the tent.

"Guests can listen to soothing Oud music as they enjoy Suhour under the stars or they walk around the tent and discover the mini market that sells fresh Arabic nuts, spices and handicrafts, or they can simply have a shisha of choice and opt from an assorted array of games available," said a hotel spokesman.

"A raffle draw every night will add to the experience offering spectacular prizes."

An Iftar buffet will also be available throughout Ramadan for Dh80 ($22) at the hotel's Fontana Restaurant. The buffet will offer an array of traditional Arabic mezzeh, a selection of hot food and Ramadan sweets and juices.û
