Dubai 2003 has signed an official partnership agreement with Audi for the German luxury car manufacturer to supply limousines to chauffeur government leaders and senior officials during The Annual Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund that will be hosted by the United Arab Emirates in Dubai in September 2003.

The agreement was formally signed by Dubai 2003 general coordinator, Ibrahim Belselah and the chairman of Audi AG, Dr Martin Winterkom and the Board Member for Marketing Sales, Dr Georg Flandorfer, at an event held during the Paris Motor Show on September 26.

Audi will provide a total of 250 luxury A8 saloon cars that will be delivered from Germany to Dubai for the duration of the Annual Meetings. The German car manufacturer was also the partner for the chauffeur service when the Annual Meetings were last held outside of Washington, in Prague two years ago.

The official signing ceremony took place in front of an audience of international media invited to the official Audi stand at the Paris Motor Show.
