MAG Group of the UAE is to build a specialised shopping centre which will be the biggest of its kind in the region. The Art Centre will specialise in indoor and outdoor building materials including furniture, lighting, kitchens, floors, curtains, carpets, gifts, flowers, wallpaper, decoration, and swimming pools. Work on the Dh300 million ($81 million) project is to start within three months and take 15 months to complete.
Located next to Sheikh Zayed Road, Barsha in Dubai, Art Centre will be spread over three floors with a total built-up area of 660,000 sq ft. It will include a business centre, clinic, and children’s play area.
