The website allows consumers from around the world to not only book trips to the country, hotels and excursions, but also has a dedicated team of local residents who will interact with potential and booked travellers, giving them vast insights into the region.

Divided into three main categories, the website offers hotel bookings within the three-, four- and five-star categories at competitive rates, over 100 excursions in collaboration with Desert Adventures, a Kuoni owned company, and airport transfers to and from partner hotels. In addition, the website has live chat sessions.
