The Sheraton Bahrain Hotel & Towers has announced promotions in its management ranks.
Rama Shetty has been promoted the hotel's director of food and beverage. Shetty who was the food and beverage manager joined the hotel in October 1981 as restaurant captain. Bahraini Rashid Abu Ali has been promoted to human resources manager. He was the labour and immigration officer and joined the hotel eight years ago. And Jaber Abdulla Haider, a Bahraini, has been appointed as sales executive in the sales and marketing department. He previously worked with the Bahrain International Hotel as sales executive and the Delmon International Hotel as assistant sales manager.
