This four-star deluxe hotel opened last March 2011 has already gained second place in terms of RGI (Revenue Generation Index) among the hotels in the city, while recording almost 70 per cent average occupancy every month.

The 153-room hotel has various features, including the Ayla Restaurant for all-day dining, an upmarket tea lounge called Tamra Café, a banqueting hall, the Bawadi Ballroom, which is perfect both for family gatherings and conferences, and the Pulse Health Club.

The group will open its second hotel, the Ayla Bawadi Hotel, in the first quarter of 2013. A four-star deluxe property, the 90-unit hotel will provide direct access to the Bawadi Mall, and have 90 rooms and suites, an all-day restaurant and a meeting room for special events. Later, in early 2014, the Ayla Grand Hotel in Al Kuwaitat will open with 220 rooms and 60 furnished apartments.
