Hilton Abu Dhabi unveils new conference facilities

THE Hilton Abu Dhabi has unveiled its newly refurbished meeting and conference rooms equipped with the latest technology and introducing new names for its meeting rooms, reflecting the culture and heritage of Abu Dhabi.

Leena Rajagopal, director of conference and events, comments: “Hilton Abu Dhabi has always remained a preferred venue for conferences, events, meetings and outside catering in Abu Dhabi. My team offers personalised service and tailor-makes any meeting or event. We have renamed our meetings facilities to honour the culture and heritage of Abu Dhabi, such as the Baniyas Room named after one of the most prestigious and highly regarded tribes of Southern Arabia and the Bateen Room after the oldest area of the UAE capital city with a rich history in boat making and fishing.”

With fourteen function spaces including outdoor venues, the hotel can accommodate up to 2,000 guests with outstanding service, amenities and Hilton Meeting standards.  The Hilton Abu Dhabi meeting rooms include service connect button, temperature control, business centre services, meeting stationary, in-room refrigerator and connectivity to the LCD projector with build-in white screen and Wi-Fi. The dedicated conference and events team is supported by the fully equipped business centre, offering a variety of facilities, including audio and visual equipments rental, secretarial services, photocopying services, sending and receiving faxes, express mail,  printing service and workstations.
