Journey to the moon with Tom Hanks at London’s home for artist-led storytelling - Lightroom – or watch Bridgerton heartthrob Jonathan Bailey play Richard II live on stage, as London’s theatre scene ups its star quotient. 

The critically acclaimed immersive experience, The Moonwalkers, which captivated over 230,000 visitors during its initial run, will be screening alongside Vogue: Inventing the Runway over the Christmas period, TTN has learnt through conversation with Jonathan Mountford, Managing Director, MADE Tourism Marketing.

The show offers an extraordinary journey to the Moon with Tom Hanks as he narrates a 50-minute immersive experience, taking audiences from the launch pad to the lunar surface and back again. An accessible experience for all ages, the show is both educational and inspirational.

The Moonwalkers: A Journey with Tom Hanks offers a unique perspective on humanity's past and future lunar expeditions. Narrated by Hanks, the 50-minute experience transports audiences from the launch pad to the lunar surface and back again. The show features stunning remastered NASA footage and new interviews with Artemis astronauts, providing a contemporary context to the historic event.

The immersive exhibition is set to the score of Anne Nikitin, performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Tickets are available now, with prices starting at £25 for adults and £15 for children and students.

Vogue: Inventing the Runway, another immersive experience at London’s Lightroom, will premiere next week on November 13.

Inventing the Runway is a new immersive exhibition exploring the history of the fashion runway show, from the intimate couture salons of the early 20th century to the unforgettable spectacles of the present. The show will utilise Vogue’s remarkable archive and contributor network to create an experience that brings together the industry’s leading voices from the past, present, and future.

Also, celebrated screen and stage actor Jonathan Bailey will star in a new production of Shakespeare’s Richard II, directed by Nicholas Hytner. The play will run from February 10 to May 10, 2025 at The Bridge Theatre, offering fans the unique opportunity to observe the actor perform on stage.
