THE Jordan Valley Marriott Dead Sea Resort & Spa has announced the completion of its $2-million-plus guest room renovation.
The revamped rooms and suites feature rich finishes on carpets and furnishings while maintaining the functionality, spaciousness, design and casually elegant quality which have become the hallmark of the resort.
The duplex suites underwent a complete makeover including the addition of 42-inch LCD TVs and new sofa sets on their oversized balconies which have breathtaking views of the Dead Sea. New carpeting, lighting and extensive wood work in the corridors also add to the experience. The new rooms offer a crisp, neutral and creamy décor accented by an array of contemporary furnishings and fabrics while boasting the latest in cutting-edge technology and comfortable design features.
And each bedroom already has the new ‘Revive’ bedding package from Marriott which includes designer duvets, fluffier pillows, 300-thread-count linens and ultra- thick mattresses with plush toppers.
Every room is also equipped with unique ‘jack pack’ technology which utilises picture-in-picture functionality allowing the guest to watch television and use the TV as the laptop monitor at the same time with wired and wireless internet options, MP3 player connection and other audio/video devices.
