THRIFTY Car Rental, a franchisee of the Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, and the largest car rental company in the UAE, has announced the launch of its new rental counter in The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination.
The counter will provide a variety of customer services including rates, reservations, confirmations, cancellations, account information, payments, renewals and customer relations.
“Dubai maintains its reputation as the retail hub of the region. Residents in Dubai, as well as visitors from all over the Middle East, flock to the malls year round. Our experience with our mall locations has been very successful and we have noticed an increase in the number of customers that choose the malls to avail of our services. We are currently present in five malls in Dubai and Sharjah and are always on the lookout for newer properties which are popular,” said Rahul Singh, general manager, Thrifty Car Rental.
Thrifty takes pride in being the only car rental company with a presence in almost all the premier malls across Dubai and Sharjah. The company began its retail push in 2006, with the first car rental location in Deira City Centre. “Apart from shopping, dining and entertainment, the malls offer a host of day-to-day services like money exchange, banks, telecom and courier services, which can be accessed by users throughout the day and into the night.
