Indulgence at Banyan Tree
Banyan Tree Al Wadi has introduced a ‘Summer of Indulgence’ package offering a complimentary night’s stay with every two paid nights, as well as complimentary use of the hydrothermal wellness facilities at The Rainforest.
Rates are subject to 10 per cent service charge and start from Dh2,130 ($580) for the Al Rimal deluxe pool villa, inclusive of daily breakfast and welcome drinks for two.
Additionally, guests who book the promotion until September 28, 2010, for stays until September 30, can choose to enjoy one of the following – either a round of golf for two at Al Hamra Golf Club, a three-course dinner at Al Waha or Saffron restaurant, a 90-minute massage session at Banyan Tree Spa or a private falconry show in the nature reserve.
‘Kids Go Free’ at Dubailand
Dubailand, the landmark leisure, tourism and entertainment destination, and a member of Dubai Properties Group (DPG), is taking part in the ‘Kids Go Free’ tourism initiative organised by Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) and Emirates Airline.
The Destination Dubai campaign offers an integrated customer experience with free flights, ground transportation, hotel stays, attractions, sports activities and excursions for up to two children under the age of 16 years when travelling with two paying adults.
Running until September 30, 2010, the Dubailand promotion will offer children access to a number of family-friendly activities including a player development session at the Butch Harmon School of Golf at Dubai Sports City, a round of golf, access to theextensive private facilities, as well as a kids’ meal in the restaurant with every full paying adult.

Luxury shopping package
The Milestone hotel in London, a member of Luxury Hotels by Dnata, is offering a luxury shopping package including a Harrods shopping voucher.
Included are accommodation at the five-star Milestone for any three nights in a deluxe king room, a shopping voucher for Harrods worth £75 ($107) daily English breakfast, taxes and service charge. Valid for stays until August 31, the package price starts from Dh3,040 ($827) per person, based on two guests sharing a room on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
Five-star deal in Durban
The legendary five-star Oyster Box Hotel in Durban is offers four nights for the price of three in a package which can also now be combined with a three-night big game safari in South Africa. The hotel, a member of Luxury Hotels by Dnata, is offering the package until October 31 excluding the World Cup period.
Stay four, pay three package rates start at Dh3,300 ($898) per person, based on double occupancy in a classic room. Included in the package are accommodations for four nights, breakfast daily, airport transfers, taxes and service charge. The Safari package includes three nights at the Private Game Lodge. Rates from July 14 to September 30 are Dh3,213 ($874) per person, double occupancy.
