Hajjar…new properties

Layia Hospitality will be at Arabian Travel Market (ATM) for the third year with plans to strengthen its brand visibility.

CEO, Daniel Hajjar, said: “Layia Hospitality will be participating at ATM alongside the major players in the industry. This event is strategically very important to us as it enables us to meet new investors and to strengthen our brand visibility within our own industry and the trade at large. Meeting GCC based tour operators and travel agents is one of our prime objectives at the show.”

The company’s current portfolio consists of 14 properties, five in operation, two expected to open in the coming months and seven additional ones at various phases, all due to be operational by 2015.

Three distinct brands make up the Layia Hospitality portfolio: Layia Hotels, Living Courts and the new budget brand Day & Night Hotels which was recently launched.

Properties trading under the Layia Hospitality brand are four and five-star categories whilst Living Courts properties are fully serviced apartments. Layia Hospitality aims to develop the three brands throughout the Middle East area.
