The InterContinental Hotels Group awards recognise properties that have achieved outstanding results and have gone the extra mile to exceed expectations when looking after guests, employees, shareholders and the local community.
Crowne Plaza Jeddah was voted Hotel of the Year a year after completing a major refurbishment which helped establish its place among the Saudi Arabian city’s most luxurious hotels with its premium location on the corniche facing the famous Jeddah Fountain.
This recognition came in parallel with the presentation of the Torch Bearer Award, which is given by IHG to the hotels with remarkable results in financial revenue, guest experience scores, Priority Club Reward enrolments and system delivery.
