AFTER two years of planning and with construction well under way, it has been announced that the One&Only, The Palm, Dubai, UAE, will open on October 10 this year.
Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Makthoum and Sol Kerzner, CEO and chairman of Kerzner International made the announcement with Kerzer saying: “The ongoing success of One&Only Royal Mirage and our most recent project in Dubai – Atlantis, The Palm, continue to show the strengths of this destination.”
Comprising 100 keys, guest accommodation will be composed of 35 suites and apartments within the grand Manor House, six independent low-rise mansions with eight to ten suites and exclusive two and three bedroom beachfront villas.
The Grand Palm Suite will occupy 350 sq m on the top floor of the Manor House, overlooking the 850-sq-m pool or harbour.
