SITUATED on the waterfront in the heart of Hong Kong Island is the luxurious Harbour Grand Hong Kong.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city’s convenient MTR urban metro system and all 828 guest rooms and serviced suites, including 86 luxurious suites and 202 executive Harbour Club rooms, feature stunning views of the world-renowned Victoria Harbour.

Selected rooms even have private patios with heated Jacuzzis.

The five restaurants and lounge offer an exquisite dining experience and the hotel boasts a total of 3,866 sq m of function space.

Guests will be enticed by the dazzling floor-to-ceiling windows offering dramatic seaviews from the salon rooms and the spacious, high-ceilinged Grand Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 600 guests in theatre-style seating.  Opened last year, Harbour Grand Hong Kong is one of the most prestigious five-star hotels on the island.

“We are delighted to offer the luxurious harbourside experience for our distinctive guests,” said Benedict Chow, general manager.

“Whether they are in their hotel rooms, our relaxing and dining venues or enjoying any of the other hotel facilities, they will always be accompanied by the world-renowned Victoria Harbour.”

A gigantic Swarovski chandelier, one of the largest in Hong Kong, welcomes guests as they arrive in the oval-shaped art nouveau lobby to the accompaniment of a harpist whose melody captivates guests.

A tranquil sanctuary from the bustling city, each guest room has been specially designed to coddle visitors in the comfort and sophistication of modern ergonomic design featuring all the high-tech conveniences of home.

There are also 1,178 sq m of conference and meeting facilities with state-of-the-art equipment on site.

From Western favourites to expertly prepared Cantonese and Japanese specialties, the hotel’s dining venues present guests with luscious cuisine against a panoramic view backdrop of the harbour which is particularly evident in Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge which has floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides and offers a 188-degree harbour view from the very top of the hotel.

And the fitness centre also enjoys a magnificent harbour view from its 27-m long outdoor heated swimming pool which is set beside the relaxation facilities.
