THE Address Dubai Marina is the latest property to join The Address portfolio in one of the emirate’s most vibrant lifestyle destinations.
The five-star premium hotel offers some of the most extensive conference facilities in the city and is located within close proximity to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Knowledge Village, Jebel Ali Free Zone and some of the largest business hubs in the city.
The hotel has 200 elegant rooms, including 28 suites, all equipped with modern facilities in addition to 442 serviced apartments.

The Address Dubai Marina features several lifestyle amenities such as a serene spa, a large infinity pool, an ultra-modern fitness centre and a Qix Kid’s Club. For business needs and social events the hotel offers a 900 sq m ballroom which can accommodate 1,000 guests. The conference area offers 15 cutting-edge rooms with private balconies.
The Address Dubai Marina joins The Address Montgomerie Dubai, The Address Dubai Mall, The Address Downtown Burj Dubai, and The Palace – The Old Town, all operated by The Address Hotels and Resorts. The brand has also established its international credentials with management contracts to operate speciality luxury properties in Morocco and France.
