WITH today’s business travellers looking to tighten their belts, at least one serviced property is reaping the benefits.
Managed by Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), Siji Hotel Apartments at the beachside in Fujairah has experienced a consistent increase in occupancy rates since its soft opening in December last year.
From the first quarter figures, occupancy rates jumped in the second quarter. The same trend was experienced during the third quarter.
“We attribute this to the fact that the present economic condition has affected the spending decisions of our guests and they look for offers with the best value for their money. We provide home comforts with high quality service at more affordable market prices,” said general manager Fouad Melhem.
Siji Hotel Apartments has 79 furnished one, two and three-bedroom apartment units available for short and long-term stays. There is also a restaurant, café, business centre, fully-equipped gym and swimming pool.
