TARGETING the middle-market, the Gold Swiss-Belhotel Dubai has opened its doors promising value for money in the group’s first UAE venture.
Comprising 184 guest rooms and suites, three food and beverage outlets, recreation facilities, a business centre and meeting facilities, the new hotel is close to Dubai International Airport, Dubai Conference and Exhibition Centre, Sheikh Zayed Road and many of Dubai’s landmarks.
“The hotel is poised to become one of the city’s leading four-star properties offering five star quality with an affordable price tag,” said general manager Nils Rothbarth.
“The opening of Gold Swiss-Belhotel Dubai marks the introduction of the Swiss-Belhotel brand to the UAE and the fifth hotel in the Middle East region for the group.”
The low rise building comprising five levels, was built and designed by Al Ghaith Construction in association with Diar Consult. Bangkok headquartered, Leo International Design Group created the contemporary styled interior design and sourced some of the finest materials and furnishings from around the world.
