THE Tourism for Tomorrow Awards, under the stewardship of the WTTC are aimed at recognising best practice in sustainable tourism within the travel and tourism industry worldwide.
Given the growing concern about natural and cultural resources, these awards are particularly important to WTTC and provide the opportunity of promoting and partnering with the industry leaders in responsible tourism, highlighting best practice.
There are four categories: destination stewardship, conservation, community benefit and global tourism business.
The closing date for entries is December 2 and the winners will honoured at the Global Travel & Tourism Summit held from May 25 to 27, 2010 in Beijing, China.
