Raising standards

STANDING elegantly on Khalifa Street, the Millennium Hotel Abu Dhabi is continuing its expansion.
General manager of the hotel Moine Kandil said, “We envisage this brand to grow quickly and whatever it takes we will reach out to customers wherever they are.”
“We will amplify our growth and we will double our presence. We will intensify the way we care and we will flourish the level of customer satisfaction. We will employ our staff - who are the backbone of the property - to work in parallel with the expansion projects to take the Millennium name to a promising future,” he added.
“We have gone to great lengths in recruiting our staff who are ingrained to communicate spontaneously and proactively to all the needs of our guests and would emanate Millennium’s philosophy all the way,” said Kandil.
He believed that at the Millennium the entire team worked harmoniously together and complement each other, leading to the rise in growth since the hotel was opened in March 2002.  For the last six years the hotel had been constantly striving for perfection, according to Kandil, and that the attention to minute detail played a big role in its continuous rising success.
“We are always raising our standards of quality to reach new heights of achievement; we do not just look at the entire picture from outside, but dig deeper to perfect the minor details that make all the difference,” he said.
