The Chedi Muscat was awarded for its ‘commitment to quality’ for the Middle East and Africa region at the seventh annual Commitment to Quality Awards held during the annual convention of the Leading Hotels of the World in Boston.
The Commitment to Quality award recognises Leading Hotels and Leading Small Hotels in five regions: Africa/ Middle East, Asia/Pacific, Europe, Mexico/Caribbean/South America, and the United States of America/Canada.
These awards are presented to one member hotel in each region for their exceptional service and are based on the feedback from guests of the Leading Hotels of the World. The awards are presented to those properties that achieve the highest scores during the most recent Leading Hotels anonymous inspections.
“We are delighted and extremely honoured to have received this prestigious award, which shows overwhelmingly our guests’ satisfaction of the facilities and services we provide,” said York Brandes, general manager, The Chedi Muscat.
“An award such as this is a direct response to our efforts and encourages not only the whole team at The Chedi Muscat but also GHM Hotels as a group.”
The Chedi Muscat is a luxury property managed by General Hotel Management, which manages a portfolio of three brands including The Datai in Langkawi, The Setai in Miami, The Chedi hotels, The Nam Hai in Vietnam and The Club at The Saujana Kuala Lumpur and other GHM hotels worldwide.
