SILVERSEA Cruises has announced its 2009 worldwide voyage schedule which features 10 new destinations and a debut grand Pacific voyage.

The company’s four all suite ships are set to visit over 320 different ports in 108 countries on a diverse schedule of over 140 itineraries ranging from seven to 92 days.
“This is one of our most innovative deployments ever,” said Trudy Redfern, Silversea’s senior vice president of sales and marketing for UK, Ireland and Middle East markets. “Our 2009 schedule includes several new ports with an array of specially crafted itineraries focused on exploring fascinating destinations as well as some of the world’s most exotic regions.”
Silversea Cruises has also launched of its first ever dedicated Middle East brochure in both Arabic and English, which features itineraries through to December 2008.
“Our ships and itineraries cater to the discerning traveller’s love of discovering fascinating locales in luxurious surroundings,” said Redfern.  “We think this new brochure, designed exclusively for the Middle East market, does an excellent job of communicating Silversea’s easy going luxury and the rewards of travelling by small ship to explore the world’s most exotic destinations.”

The balance of the brochure is dedicated to comprehensive information on Silversea’s signature amenities, special programmes, deck plans and pricing.
Another feature of the brochure is a voyage by voyage summary of the full itineraries in a calendar format.
The six star rated ships will also visit 27 new destinations in 2008 including Taiwan, Okinawa, Guam, Pohnpei and the Gambia.  A fifth ultra-luxury ‘expedition ship’ will be added to the fleet in summer 2008 and a sixth new build ship will begin service in the winter of 2009.
In support of this innovative brochure launch, Silversea is offering a special promotion specifically for the Middle East region.  ‘Exclusive Celebrations’ offers guests celebrating a special occasion at sea, such as an anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, a $500 shipboard spending credit for their 2008 voyage.
