Luxury apartment complex takes off


A new multi-million Bahraini dinar luxury apartment complex has opened in Juffair .

The nine-storey complex Elite-3 is located east of Al Fateh Grand Mosque and close to the Manama Club, and has a total of 52 fully-furnished two and three-bed room apartments.

They will be available on weekly, monthly and long-stay arrangements.

Financed by a Bahraini investor, the project is managed by the Elite Property Division.

"The project, which has been designed with people's long stay residential needs in mind, is expected to promote business and leisure tourism in the country," said general manager Ninad Shah.

"It has a total built-in area of 116,384 square feet. There are 30 two-bedroom apartments and 22 three-bedroom apartments.

"The project also features a multi-purpose activity hall, recreation area for families, electronic games for children, instant Internet access, and digital satellite television system with access to more than 400 channels."

Shah said the rooftop leisure facilities would include separate health clubs for men and women, a swimming pool with two poolside decks, gymnasium, sauna and a large barbecue area.

Managing director Shabeer Dadabhai said the new project in Juffair would substantially contribute towards Bahrain's tourism promotion.û
