Golden Tulip unveils Royal brand

GOLDEN Tulip Hospitality has launched a new international luxury brand, Royal Tulip, extending its services now through a total of four brands in the three to five-star hotel categories.

The new five-star brand will sit along the four-star Golden Tulip and three-star Tulip Inn brands. Early properties are expected in Berlin, Amsterdam, Dallas and, in the MENA region, Casablanca and Mirbat in Oman.
According to a corporate statement, Royal Tulip hotels will exceed the highest expectations and will offer the most elegant and luxurious hotel rooms, a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars, sophisticated business and leisure facilities, deluxe level of comfort and personal service, modern fitness centres and a wide choice of recreational facilities, state-of-the-art technology and more services.
Says Hans Kennedie, president and CEO of Golden Tulip Hospitality Group, “We are expecting to develop some 40 hotels in the next four or five years.” The company will seek management contracts for truly special hotels in select markets, using the Royal Tulip brand name, said the statement.
