KEMPINSKI revealed that it will unveil a new lifestyle-concept brand which will see 20 new properties across the Middle East, Africa and Asia at ATM as well as announce five new Kempinski hotels that will be opened in the Middle East and Africa before the end of 2007.
The new announcements, combined with the ten new Kempinski properties previously announced, make the chain one of the fastest growing in the region.

The stunning, ultra-luxurious Emirates Palace Hotel and the ground-breaking Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Hotel are landmark properties, with the renovations well underway of the Ajman Kempinski Hotel the property continues to be a serene seaside getaway from urban life. The new properties opening across the region will be unique, each in its own right, offering travellers a series of luxurious and distinctive hospitality alternatives.”
Eckhardt also alluded to the new, contemporary concept under the Kempinski umbrella that will be unveiled at ATM, which he said are distinctly conceived, designed, and operated specifically for the region’s travelers but also for culturally-aware international travellers looking for an authentic regional experience. The product of a joint venture between international private equity group, Capital Guidance, and Kempinski. The new hotels will be in destinations such as Cairo, Dubai and Beirut.
