BOUTIQUE Hotels & Resorts International, with its operational headquarters in Miami Beach, Florida, USA, is exhibiting at ATM for the first time this year, in partnership with Coral International.
“Our solid commitment is aimed to increase our global presence and visibility in the Middle East & Africa region”, says Elie G Saheb, CHA, managing director Middle East & Africa, Boutique Hotels & Resorts International. The group has five hotels in the Middle East with Coral, he says.
“Six more properties are in the pipeline and will be part of our alliance by the end of 2006. Clearly, the brand, its niche and its positioning are resonating with independent hotels.”
The alliance’s goal is steady expansion, with a target of 100 hotels and resorts by the end of the year 2006 and 125 by the end of the year 2007.
The mission of Boutique Hotels & Resorts International is to become the premier provider of affordable, extended global exposure for independent boutique hotels and access to their niche markets.
Boutique Hotels & Resorts International is dedicated to providing discerning travellers with true boutique lodging experiences and easy access to hotel information and reservation.
The company strives to build long-term relationships with its member hotels by providing the latest, cost-efficient state-of-the-art reservation systems coupled with innovative global marketing support; and optional high quality training and customer support, according to Saheb.
Boutique hotels have generated a tremendous interest throughout the world and are the latest buzz in the hospitality industry, he says .
Saheb adds that the Boutique hotels brand is designed to cater to a new crop of travellers who are shunning cookie-cutter hotels. “These travellers are searching for accommodations that offer personality and extra amenities and an experience that will last beyond their stay.”
