Although they can send the voting request to as many as they may desire; each entrant will qualify for nomination with a minimum of 150 voters per category entered. The final consolidation is carried out through specially designed electronic program systems and is audited, inspected, and evaluated by PricewaterhouseCoopers. Each entrant has the right to inspect the process at any time during or after the actual voting period.
Voting started February 2 and closes early this month.
The three top winners (Platinum, Gold and Silver) will be announced on stage at the event ceremony.
“The MENA Travel Awards is destined to always be the event for the very best of the regional travel and hospitality community,” says Dr Sam Saker, president of CHA (Consultants of Hospitality Administrators) the organizing company. “We’re extremely proud to be in a position to encourage and reward innovative products and services in the industry. The competition spirit will soon take our hospitality region to much higher levels.”
In order to assure the integrity of the voting system, a random 20 calls per entrant will be made to voting customers / clients to ensure that fair and balanced results are maintained.
