OPENED in March 2002, rising 16 floors with its 325 luxurious rooms and suites, the Millennium Hotel Abu Dhabi has managed to raise the bar on service standards in the Emirates, says a senior official.

“Quality is never an accident,” says hotel general manager Moine Kandil. “It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skilful execution, representing the wise choice from many alternatives.”
The hotel is well-known for its high level of service with an attention to details, with personal attention being given to every guest individually by staff trained to the highest standards with a ‘Yes we can’ attitude. “Their love for the hotel has no boundaries and the fondess of their work extends beyond business working hours where they take time out to explore the needs of the guests; and seeing the smile on their faces, is in itself an immense rewarding satisfaction.”
The hotel attracts multinational travellers from all over the world and has enjoyed a steady rise in occupany and is constantly opening its doors for all new business in the city and is thrilled to be part of this gigantic development and flourishing market. “Abu Dhabi is witnessing an impressive growth trends in the years to come,” says Kandil. “It has succeeded in positioning itself on the world's tourism map to be one of the top potential destinations for business and leisure travellers.” All the key elements are combined to create an extremely great place, he says: infrastructure, safety, high standard of living, clean environment, culture etc. with lots of development and long term projects on its way. As a result, the annual growth rate of tourism has increased and is certainly one of the dominating factors and the Millennium Hotel is definitely going to be a significant part of this boom to accommodate the high demand of increasing flow of travellers.
The success of the Millennium Hotel Abu Dhabi is encouraging more business developers to associate with the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels & Resorts in managing their properties as in Qatar, Egypt and more in the UAE.
The hotel is situated along the famous Corniche stretch, in the centre of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. Featuring breathtaking views of the garden city and the Arabian Gulf’s sparkling turquoise waters, the hotel offers refined guest services with facilities including 325 luxurious guestrooms, meetings and events facilities, a diverse range of culinary options and a health and fitness club.
For those new to the Abu Dhabi, it is an emirate of startling contrasts – from the endless stretches of desert, to bustling centres of commerce and wide tree-lined boulevards. Despite the remarkable change from the ruler’s stone forts and scattering of palm huts of 40 years ago, you can still expect the skies to be sunny and the people genuinely friendly!
