Qatar Airways Holidays has opened its second overseas office within four months, with a new outlet in Kuwait to sell popular packages offered by the holiday division of Qatar’s national flag carrier, Qatar Airways.
The office, located in the Dawliah Commercial Complex in the district of Qiblah, is Qatar Airways Holidays’ third outlet after Doha and Bahrain with further branches planned in the Gulf over the next few months. It is part of Qatar Airways Holidays’ expansion programme to create a network of offices in the region to sell holiday packages on the global network of sister airline Qatar Airways via its operational hub of Doha. Qatar Airways’ acting district sales manager for Kuwait, Malek Hamdan officially opened the new office, which is being managed by Maamoun Al Otaibi. Qatar Airways chief executive officer, Akbar Al Baker said: “Qatar Airways is really spreading its reach to exciting new destinations to cater for growing demand from a diverse group of travellers from around the world.”
