Chef Frank Bohdan brings together the cuisine of four exciting outlets into one area, with seating both inside and outside the hotel.
A gourmet’s paradise, the area features English Pub, Italian, Mexican and Arab fusion specialties with the opening of Sky Bar. The Fusion Square extends itself to the newly-added terrace in Don Corleone, the famous Italian restaurant adding the Al Fresco experience that features an outdoor pizza; Rattle Snack, The Mexican Bar and Restaurant and a newly-extended terrace with an electrifying Vodka Bar; and Red Lion, Dubai’s first English pub with the beer garden serving traditional English Pub menu and drinks. The Sky Bar is an open-air bar and lounge serving family style platters.
