Shangri-La and Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, have appointed Ellen Porrmann as the new Director of Operations. Porrmann joins the team from Shangri-La The Shard, London, where she was Director of Rooms. She holds over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry.
