IHG Hotels & Resorts has named Rabih Al Atrash as General Manager of Arabella Beach Hotel, Kuwait, Vignette Collection. He will head the pre-opening team of the hotel. He has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
