Fairmont offers discounted rates

Building on a successful first operating summer last year and the July launch of the hotel's six premium penthouse suites, The Fairmont Dubai is all set to target both the local and international market this year with summer rates designed to appeal to regional visitors as well as the corporate market.

Visitors have a choice of room only rates from Dh340 for a Fairmont room to Dh715 for a two-bedroom suite. For stays of four consecutive nights or more, guests will be rewarded with a certificate for a complimentary upgrade to the next level on their next stay - valid until mid-September this year.

If a more comprehensive package is desired, then guests can opt for the Dubai Summer Surprise (DSS) package starting from Dh610 for a Fairmont room to Dh1,060 for a two-bedroom suite.

This constitutes a net rate, which includes breakfast, airport transfers and complimentary shuttle bus transfer to DSS event locations. The penthouse rates are available on request.

Offering a wide range of suite options within the Dubai market, this 394-room hotel on Sehikh Zayed Road is equally geared for leisure and relaxation with the Willow Stream Spa & Health Club and a total of ten popular food and beverage outlets including the well-known Spectrum-On-One restaurant.

According to Michael Kaile, general manager and vice-president, it is an ideal time for regional visitors to return to or discover the prime attractions of this distinctive wind-tower designed hotel.

"Based on guest feedback from last summer end the successes of our first year of operation, we decided to keep things simple this year, to give our guests the ability to tailor their stay to their requirements and to use us as a base from which to explore the city and all it has to offer," said Kaile.

Stephen Banks, regional director of sales and marketing, said: "We are also once again participating in the DSS programme and looking forward to the multiple promotional benefits that this brings as well as working with OTCM and their Dubai 'en Liberte' promotional package initiative."
