Carlson Rezidor has announces the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Apartments Al Rigga. Scheduled to open this month, the vibrant mid-market property will be the second Park Inn by Radisson in operation in Dubai.
It will comprise 149 studios and apartments, an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant, a banquet hall, a health club, and an outdoor pool. The signing brings Carlson Rezidor’s total portfolio in the UAE to 16 hotels with more than 3,800 rooms in operation and under development. It reflects the continued strategy to consolidate the group’s presence in this core market in the midscale and serviced apartments segments.The Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Apartments Al Rigga will be located in Dubai’s Deira district, which has always been the commercial centre of Dubai with a strong development since the early days of the emirate. It features the modern and traditional Dubai in the same territory and enjoys close proximity to Dubai International Airport, one of the world’s leading travel hubs. The surrounding area is vibrant with trade and tourist activity, and includes residential units, business towers, retail areas and other hospitality operations. Less than two kilometres away is the Radisson Blu Dubai Deira Creek, one of five Radisson Blu properties in Dubai.
