The Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the UAE has authorised Sharaf Travel as the official partner to accept visa applications at their travel shops in the UAE and Oman.
Expressing a strong support for the affiliation with Sharaf Travel, ambassador Pham Bing Dam said, “Facilitation of visa service is one of the priorities of the embassy. Through the many Sharaf Travel offices across UAE and Oman, I strongly believe that travellers will find a faster and reliable way to obtain visa to visit our beautiful and friendly country.” The Embassy of Vietnam in Abu Dhabi is the diplomatic representative of Vietnam in UAE & Oman.
Sharaf Travel will process tourist visa applications for residents of the UAE and Oman, and applicants would have to visit any of the travel shops to submit their applications and collect them once the visa has been issued. The whole process is likely to take five working days.
Commenting on the partnership, Jayaram, managing director, Sharaf Travel, said, “We are privileged to partner with the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to provide this service in the UAE and Oman, and we will smoothen the process to encourage more people to travel to the country.”
For obtaining a visa, an applicant will have to submit his passport and a copy of it along with passport-size photographs, application form and visa fees. The tourist visa is valid for one month and is a single-entry visa.
