As part of their ongoing development of skills, select staff of Golden Tulip Mena attended a training programme at the Golden Tulip Al Barsha hotel in Dubai. The regional director of human resources and training, Riad Bejjani, said, “We support our hotels from Dubai regional head office and Paris head office in terms of training and employment opportunities. Once they have successfully completed the programmes, employees from within the company will be promoted or relocated based on the demand.”
