AL BUSTAN Centre and Residence, a top residential, shopping and entertainment complex located in the heart of Dubai, is expecting a 15 to 20 per cent increase in occupancy during Eid Al Adha celebrations this year when compared to last year, following a series of festive activities being rolled out in Dubai.

Families from across the GCC are attracted towards Dubai because of the wide range of special packages, promotions and entertainment offered during the citywide celebrations.

Moussa El Hayek, chief operating officer of Al Bustan Centre and Residence, said: “We are expecting an upswing in occupancy levels with large numbers of families from the GCC region keen to take advantage of the festive ambience and diverse holiday offerings that await them in Dubai. Our property has always been a preferred holiday destination among GCC families and travellers for more than a decade.”

Aside from the GCC visitors, there is also a strong local demand for hotel rooms as many UAE residents choose a ‘staycation’ to celebrate Eid. The feel at home spirit at Al Bustan Centre and Residence is preferred by holidaying guests because of the hotel’s high level of hospitality and personalised services.

Ideally located in Dubai’s business district, Al Bustan Centre and Residence is just five minutes away from Dubai International Airport and 50 meters away from Al Nahda Metro Station, giving hotel guests convenient access to major shopping malls and tourist attractions.
