THE World Islamic Travel Summit & Exhibition (WITS15) will take place from October 19 to 21, 2015 at Expo Centre Sharjah in the UAE.
The show is expected to host 1,000 delegates, 5,000 trade visitors and 220 exhibitors. The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is the largest single element of the United Nations and represents the political and social interests of 1.8 billion Muslim consumers. The show will incorporate the second tourism fair of the OIC states, including pavilions from all OIC member countries. The summit is also hosting the flights and accommodation for industry movers and shakers from every OIC member state. WITS15 will feature a knowledge-sharing platform where delegates can identify, debate and better understand how to amplify their brand and sales propositions to the Muslim majority marketplace. A Dialogue forum will encourage conversation from government policy makers, influencers and key industry leaders, who will identify and engage on all matters relating to Islamic tourism.
