Grand Millennium Dubai on a winning path

Marking the halfway point of a year of great achievement, general manager of the Grand Millennium Dubai, Peter Mansourian, has paid tribute to the whole team at the hotel which has succeeded in winning a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor in 2014 for the second year in a row.

A TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is awarded to the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses on the travel website – those that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews.

The win follows a series of awards highlighting excellence throughout the hotel, from restaurants to the spa to sales and marketing and overall quality of service delivery, and underlines the vast efforts made by every member of staff at the Grand Millennium Dubai.

“These accomplishments have only been achieved through great team work and dedication of all team members,” he said.  “The hotel witnessed a successful achieved in the first half of 2014 and we are looking forward to a similar trend to be followed in the rest of the year ahead with growing demand from both the leisure and corporate markets.”
