QATAR Airways will begin flights to the Scottish capital starting May 28, with five flights per week. The route will be served by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. A flight from London will be an hour and 20 minutes, with the Edinburgh airport just 20 minutes from the city centre, while a scenic train ride takes just over four hours.
