Oman Air celebrated the contribution made by staff in its services delivery unit towards the airline’s success during 2013. The celebration took place at an event held at Oman Air’s headquarters in Muscat and was attended by services delivery unit staff, senior managers and the airline’s CEO, Wayne Pearce, who commented, “Over the course of the year, Oman Air increased frequencies on many routes, carried more passengers to more destinations than ever before and recorded a superb industry high on-time performance of just under 90 per cent for 2013 with an exceptional May, when we achieved 100 per cent on-time performance throughout our network.”
