The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) announced the opening of Al Montazah, previously known as Al Jazeera Park, on March 13. Spread over 126,000 sq m, Al Montazah features a water park, a green park for events, and a leisure park for sports activities. Shurooq CEO Marwan bin Jassim Al Sarkal expects the park to contribute significantly in raising the flow of tourists to the emirate, particularly families.
