Grand Hyatt Muscat’s signature Italian restaurant Tuscany welcomes Chef Salvatore Salis as the new Chef de Cuisine.
Salvatore Salis joins the culinary team at Grand Hyatt from Italy as he takes on his new role in Oman. Salvatore previously worked in international restaurant chains in Morocco and Qatar before leaving Italy. He also participated in an Italian Culinary Festival in Doha last year. Chef Salvatore was also a partner at an Italian restaurant in La Terrazza sul mare, Italy.Jason Brotherton, Executive Chef said “we are delighted to welcome Chef Salvatore to our culinary team and I am positive that he will continue to improve Tuscany’s signature dishes. Tuscany has been long known for serving fine Italian cuisine and with Chef Salvatore onboard, we hope to continue refining the authenticity of our recipes.”
