British Airways flies to Jeddah with Boeing 777

BRITISH Airways will introduce a four class Boeing 777 aircraft from Jeddah on March 31, 2014. The new aircraft will allow passengers to enjoy British Airways’ award-winning First class cabin and Club World cabin as well as offer 250 more seats each week to London Heathrow’s Terminal 5.

British Airways’ Boeing 777 offer customers a choice of four cabins. This includes 14 suites in the airline’s redesigned flagship First cabin, 48 fully flat-bed seats in in Club World business class, 40 seats in World Traveller Plus premium economy cabin and 124 seats in the World Traveller economy.

British Airways’ new First offers a 60 per cent wider seat and personal window blinds, along with increased privacy and a personal wardrobe. In Club World, the flat- bed seats are designed so customers can work or relax as they choose with power ports and the latest on demand entertainment.  World Traveller Plus seats offer customers 7 inches of extra leg room compared to economy, with double the free checked baggage allowance in a private dedicated cabin. Travellers in the World Traveller economy cabin can enjoy personal on demand entertainment and complimentary food and beverages in a family friendly environment.
