With over 100 locations in 28 international airports, the company has introduced the concept to airports in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai (Pudong and Hongqiao), Guangzhou, Macau (opening Q1 2014), Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Penang, Langkawi, Johor, Singapore, Sydney (opening Q1 2014), New Delhi, Mumbai (opening Q1 2014), Hyderabad, Bangalore (opening Q4 2013), Malé, Muscat, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Toronto, Vancouver and Edmonton. This entry into the UK’s hub airport will mark its first entry into Europe since the company’s inception 15 years ago.

Embracing Heathrow’s long association with the British Royal family, the new Plaza Premium Lounge will feature a live cooking station serving made-to-order dishes, a daily tapas selection at the champagne bar, an a-la-carte menu with guest recipes by British celebrity chefs. The lounge design will feature a whole new interior concept and will also feature an organic airport spa with a treatment menu designed to tackle travel fatigue and ailments – enhancing the airport experience altogether.
