JA RESORTS & Hotels is offering travel agents across the GCC a further opportunity to sign up for the company’s high value incentive programme which rewards them for client bookings at a trio of properties in Dubai, UAE, including the JA Oasis Beach Tower, JA Palm Tree Court and The Residence at JA Palm Tree Court.

According to Dubai’s Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), Saudi Arabia remains the number one source market for inbound visitors. In 2012, the amount of visitors to Dubai from Saudi Arabia grew by over 29 per cent, rising from 873,152 in 2011 to 1,128,757.

Saudi Arabia was one of the top five destinations for inbound travellers to the UAE in June 2013, with the total Dubai Airport passenger traffic rising 17.5 per cent from a year earlier to 5.54 million people.

The online programme is valid until September 30, 2013, and will give away thousands of dollars’ worth of diamonds, gold and iPads to the region’s most proactive bookers securing leisure business for JA Resorts & Hotels’ properties, with just 100 room nights required to kick-start the programme rewards.

“This initiative was launched during our recent corporate GCC road show, and we have seen a 5.2 per cent rise in business to date from key GCC source markets, which is extremely encouraging,” said Anabela Radosevic, director of Sales & Marketing, JA Resorts & Hotels.

The programme provides GCC travel agents with the convenience of making bookings through their channel of choice using the incentive booking code, by simply sending the details to a dedicated  e-mail address.

Recently released booking statistics also highlight an increased length of stay for GCC visitors in the first six months of the year, rising from an average of four to five nights, which is a positive indicator of the continued attraction of JA Resorts & Hotels’ properties to GCC leisure travellers, as well as Dubai’s perennial appeal.
