CARLSON Rezidor has announced the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel and Residence Duqm in Oman. The new property is scheduled to welcome the first guests in Q4 2013, and will further build on the success of the existing Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Muscat, which is popular for its modern design and cool amenities, such as a rooftop swimming pool and fitness centre.

The Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Residence Duqm is already under construction and ready to take advantage of the $10 billion investment the government is making in Duqm; a city that’s getting ready to emerge as Oman’s industrial and economic hub.
The hotel, located eight km from the airport and 10 km from the Port of Duqm, offers 50 one-bedroom chalets, nine two-bedroom villas, 13 one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments. The design and the character of all 73 accommodation units and the entire hotel will be inimitably Park Inn by Radisson, designed for the new generation traveller.
The hotel will grow by another 46 units in the next five years. The future-forward and trendsetting property will also offer an all-day dining restaurant, free wireless internet throughout the hotel, indoor and outdoor bars, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a gym.
