AWARD-winning Baros Maldives is offering travellers the opportunity to discover the spirit of an authentic Maldivian holiday with a unique holiday programme this summer.
The ‘Spirit of Summer’ package offers GCC guests an exceptional tropical holiday experience that allows visitors to enjoy the best in Maldivian exploration and relaxation. Guests can hone their dive skills and enjoy the mesmerising colourful marine life with a scuba diving experience under the guidance of a Baros dive instructor, as well as explore stunning nearby sites during a snorkelling safari tour with an expert Marine Biologist. The Baros House Reef that encircles the island is found just a few swimming strokes away from the Beach Villas, with a complimentary snorkel mask from Divers Baros, the first resort EcoDive Centre in the Maldives.
Guests can also immerse themselves in the experience and learn the traditional Maldivian fishing method using a hand line and hand-tied lures on a hand line trolling excursion at dawn. The package includes a private spa treatment for two and a private beach dinner for two. The property is also geared up to welcome couples from the GCC to experience undisturbed privacy in elegant villas set over the ocean or in lush tropical glades, tended with discretion by the island’s helpful staff. Baros Maldives was awarded the title ‘World’s Fifth Most Romantic Hotel’ by TripAdvisor in 2013.
The Spirit of Summer offer is available until September 2013 as a four-night or seven-night package. Rates for the four-night package start at $970 per villa per night, and for the seven-night package at $850 per villa per night, based on double occupancy.
