“We are optimistic about our growth plans and I am sure we will see new hotels added to our portfolio before the end of the year in the UAE and Saudi Arabia,” he added.

The hotel is currently looking at setting up a loyalty program and will announce a couple of new products at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) taking place in Dubai next month.

Speaking about business, Fekry added that business in Fujairah has seen a good increase since the beginning of the year with several events that took place in the emirate of Fujairah and remains optimistic for the rest of the year.

“The hotel has a balanced mix of business being corporate travellers both on short and long term stays, and weekender families as well as government business. We are looking to increase our market share from the online business although it is in general still not fully developed for Fujairah, but we can see some good bookings coming our way now,” concluded Fekry.
