With a choice of studios, one- and two-bedroom suites, all offering kitchenettes, relaxing sofas, flat-screen televisions and complimentary high-speed internet access, the hotel is the perfect “home away from home” for both short- and long-stay guests.
“Our Middle Eastern expansion plan continues to gather pace,” said Glenn de Souza, Best Western International’s vice president international operations – Asia and the Middle East.
“Best Western Al-Olaya Suites Hotel is ideally equipped for the Middle Eastern market. Its large units, high-quality facilities and ideal location ensure the property will become a favourite among both business and leisure travellers from Bahrain and overseas,” de Souza added.
The hotel features a selection of food and beverage options, including three restaurants serving up a range of different cuisines. Zaytoun is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving a selection of local and international dishes, while Al Mahara Restaurant offers a taste of the Mediterranean. Le Rouge meanwhile, delivers fine continental cuisine. The hotel also features the Talon Café, a 24-hour coffee shop, while those wanting some evening entertainment should head to the Kasbar Disco Bar, which features live music and entertainment.
For guests wanting to relax, Best Western Al-Olaya Suites Hotel offers a fully-equipped health club, sauna, steam room and a swimming pool with sunbathing deck. Business travelers and groups are also catered with a conference hall backed up by audio-visual technology.
The opening of the Best Western Al-Olaya Suites Hotel expands Best Western’s Middle Eastern portfolio to five hotels across four countries – Bahrain, Israel, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. This will increase further in the coming months, with new hotels in Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and another property in Bahrain that opened last month.
